HELP - no permission to copy the Ebook ??? (ADE -- Kobo)

I just bought an ebook and want to put it on my Kobo.

The ADE tells me that I am not allowed to make a copy of the book. When I try to put my Id, it says that I am not allowed to put it on a second computer...
