Question
Help opening old documents with Adobe Digital Editions format in my old computer with no adobe ID
Hello, good afternoon.
About 2 years ago I bought some technical guides form NACTO that can only be viewed in adobe digital editions. It is the first and only time that I have made a purchase of files of this type and now I am changing computers and I want to know if it is possible to migrate these files and use them on my new computer.
Due to inexperience, even though I have an Adobe ID I did not use it to open the documents on my old computer, so now that I try to open them on my new computer with my Adobe ID it does not allow it. Is there a way to technically fix this -with your help- or should I write my case to the proprietary editors of the technical guides to send me new download links so I can use these guides on my new computer with my Adobe ID?
I stay tuned, greetings and thanks in advance
