i ordered a textbook in ebook format and it made me use adobe digital editions. i have been struggling with it ever since! it is soooooo slow when i'm trying to scroll around and when i try to highlight something. how do i speed this program up! i am trying to study for a state licensing exam and this is ridiculous!!!

    there is no phone support offered or chat support. i am frustrated as all hell and i need help sooner rather than later please!
