Help. Please. ADE unable to open book

I am trying to download a book from my library's website to put it on my Nook, but when I go to download this book and EVERY OTHER book I have picked, it tells me that the "file is not supported" and I can't download it.  I am able to read it in my browser, but not download it in my ADE 3.0.....thoughts, suggestions?
