help reading my ebook

I cannot open my ebook on my mini Kobo. I can read it on my computer OK but not on my devise.

Have you authorized the Kobo?

menu/Help/Authorize Device to ADE wile the kogo is plueed in by USB

(library/Authorize Device on older more reliable ADE v1.7.2)

Some people have had Kobo issues recently they could only get round with a factory reset.

If you try that, don't forget to back up any books you already have only on the Kobo.
