Help with copying/pasting

Hi!

I am reading an e-Book to prepare for work and have been copying relevant notes into a WordDoc. For some reason, this great feature just stopped working. I tried re-starting the program but it's not helping. Please advise on what to do!

You must check if the Feature work with the eBook. Any eBooks do not support it because the copy is not allowed.
