Help with de-authorizing my Adobe Digital Editions

Hello, 

I am trying to de-authorize my adobe editions because I put in the wrong email, but when I go to erase the authorization it says my credentials "do not match" (use to say that the password is invalid). I tried calling customer service but they said to go to "adobe forums", but Im not sure what that is. If anyone can help here please let me know or if you know who I can call!!
