help with license server communication problem

I am having trouble downloading by ebook from overdrive to adobe digital editions. It gives me an error saying e license already fulfilled by another user.

Anyone know how to fix this with windows 10?

The error say that the eBook are linked with a other Adobe ID as you authorization. Have you download the eBook before you authorize your Digital Edition?
