Hi, I have trouble opening ebooks

Hi

I trouble accessing the downloaded eBooks, when trying to open it a sign comes up and says Erorr check activation.

I have activated my Adobe ID correctly and authorized my PC firewall as well but still it wont open.

Hope you can tell me what I am doing wrong . Thanks

For this problem, you need to deauthorize and authorize ADE again.

Launch ADE

Help -> Erase authorization.

ADE will be deauhorized.

Now again AUTHORIZE ADE

Help-> authorize computer.

Error will be fixed !!
