Question

How can I deauthorize my broken laptop as the primary device on Adobe Digital Editions?

I have recently had to use a new laptop as my old laptop broke and could not be switched back on.

I did not have chance to deauthorize my laptop before switching to the new one.

I have a number of eBooks I am using for my studies (BPP ActEd).

On my previous laptop, as the only authorized laptop/device, I was able to print off the pages.

However now I have authorized my new laptop I can no longer print anything, i.e. the print option is disabled.

Is there a way to deauthorize my old laptop so that my new laptop becomes the primary device?

I would assume that would enable me to print again?

Please advise.

Thanks.

Yes. I am able to access my eBooks on the screen (i.e. in the Adobe software).

My query is why I am no longer able to print.
