How can I get my computer to authorize ADE for color noook?

I have removed nook entirely, reset factory settings to new email address per Barnes & Noble help as recently ADE no longer allowing side share with Jasmine Digital Library-  I have called/asked for assistance from Adobe on 3.0 download of digital and have tried cont shift d and again entered by chosen email address for computer- that is same authorization for nook and still get error message when I attempt to return book via ADE-  must authorize computer 1st is message-   HAS anyone gotten a successful fix on this issue -  I have asked for help for almost a week and no real help for Adobe as this is free shareware and THEY DO NOT SUPPORT
