how can i reset a double Adobe ID?

Hi everyone,

I downloaded on my macintosh desktop adobe digital edition and i could get a book i bought without creating an ID (just giving authorization).

Then i tried to do the same on my Ipad and Iphone. For IOS devices, the system doesn' t require Adobe digital edition but Blue Fire. So I did. But Blue Fire requires to create an ID. So i did it putting my email address as ID and creating a password. Now the problem is Blue says i already got the book with another ID and ask to register this another ID. Oeating one.

bviously i can' t as this other ID doesn' t exist as i used adobe digital edition without creating one.

Anyone who could help me?
