How can I reset account authorization ??

‌I have a new Kobo eReader, but when I try to copy books from ADE I get an error message that reads:

TOO_MANY_ACTIVATIONS HTTP://adeactivste.adobe.com/adept/Activate 10000:390:10000 urn:juice:2637f7d3-c03-4a8a-8e3a-3d03a069db97 - activation limit exceed

How how can I get my activations reset??

please help....
