how can I retrieve a ebook that I borrowed but deleted

I downloaded Adobe Digital Editions and I borrowed an ebook online, I accidently deleted it and tried to use it again but it I can't find it or redownload it. How can I retrieve the ebook if I deleted everything but still shows as borrowed
