how can i see the entire page?

Recently I purchase an e-book through Wiley and sons. When I opened the book, I cannot see the entire page or figure. It seems to be truncated and there is no scroll option. I thought the book will be in pdf format but it seems like it is in interactive format, which is good but on the other hand the contents are not displayed properly and the figures are truncated.
