I have two Adobe ID's this one and an old one which is used to authorise all of the DRM content on my ereader.  The other ID is an old email I no longer have access to, tonight I tried to log in to the old account and it said the password had to be changed. It sent a link to the old email, that I no longer have access to.  How do I access the old ID??

    Hello Nicko,

a brand new help site is "Adobe ID and registration support" here: http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/service-c1.html.

You could have a look there too: http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/membership/index.cfm?form=adobeid&loc=de&nl=1?

and http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/account-password-sign-faq.html >>> How to change your password, email, or account information

and to see what's stored at Adobe's database (hHere you can see all your subscriptions, products aso) use https://www.adobe.com/account.html
