how do I authorize a new computer and a new ereader

I have a new reader and need to have it authorized.  How do I do that?  Also, I moved and changed my email address 6 months ago.  I changed it on my profile, but the old email address is still authorized.

    Actually, my new ereader is registered, but to my old email address.  I have changed my email address on my profile.
