How do I authorize or de-authorize my account?

I set up an account years and years ago on my laptop so I could check out ebooks from my library.  I have since moved and have several new library cards but I can't authorize any of them.  Or de-authorize anything.  The chat support says my email is not on file and I have no clue what the "vendor ID" and password might be.  Please help!

    If you has any eBook buy you can ask the reseller of this eBook ask which adobe ID was used for the authorize. If you have nothing buy you can create and used a new Adobe ID.
