How do I change my ADE ID authorization from old e-mail address to new one when I cannot receive e-mail to change my password under old address? Ronnie

When I try to transfer e-books from ADE to my KOBO GLOW, I receive a error message that the document is protected by Adobe Digital Rights Management and is not currently authorized for use with my Adobe ID. When I try to erase authorization under old e-mail address that is showing up, it wont let me because I do not have the correct password.

and cannot receive e-mail for new one under old address. I have since accessed both Kobo account and adobe.com and changed my ID to new e-mail address but authorization on ADE is still showing up under old e-mail account ID. What do I have to do to change ADE authorization to new one?

    I have the same problem. Did you ever figure it out.
