How do I change the standard library folder?

I installed ADE but want to change the standard library folder from drive c: (system) to drive d: (data). When I open ADE with a ebook stored in the new folder, it tries to copy it into the standard folder on drive c: Does somebody know where I can tell ADE that the standard folder is not on drive c: anymore?

Similarly I would like to move ADE library to a different drive and point ADE to the new location but how?
