How do I deactivate ADE?

I cannot authorize my ADE because I have two Adobe IDs and one was used as an email authorization when I first downloaded ADE so now I have to deactivate in order to start over and properly auhorize but the instructions were unclear and the customer rep referred me to the forum.  Help!

    ctrl-shift-D (cmd-shift-D on Mac)

    ADE has lots of stupidities, one it the need for explicity deauthorization (rather than implicit with onfirmation on attempt to reauthorize), one is hiding the deauthorization mechanism.
