How do I deregister old devices?

I needed to reboot a nook simple touch that was registered on Adobe Digital Ed. I deregistered then re registered the device. Then when I tried to download a library title ADE says I have too many devices registered and cannot download to this device.How do I fix this I only currently have one Nook tablet one simple touch and my dell computer that I am using for ADE
