How do I erase authorization? I need to erase authorization it says Try Again After Some Time

I need to erase authorization on my computer because I downloaded an e-book for my course before I had downloaded Digital Editions.  I need to erase authorization and begin again.. It has been over a month and it just keeps telling me to try again after some time?? Please help
