How do I get my Kobo Books Back

My old computer died. I've purchased a new one. When I try to download a book, I get an error message: E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER. So how do I convince Adobe that I am the same person who purchased the book in the first place?
