How do I Know the ADE auhorized e-mail Used for some ebooks

Good day, I bought two (2) ebooks from www.barnesandnoble.com.

The titles are "Creative thinking for dummies" and "mind mapping for dummies".

I just formatted my pc and downloaded the latest version of ADE.

Now I want to view the  .ebup ebooks, it says I should use the Adobe ID that was originally used to authorize the books.

I can neither remember the email address nor the password.

Is there a way to extract the ID from the .ebup files?

If I can remember just the email address, then I can reset the password.

I really need to continue reading those books.
