How do I recover a digital copy from another computer?

I'm currently reading CompTIA A+ Eighth Edition which includes a CD. On the CD it give an option to install a PDF. Copy or a Digital Copy or the book using the given code on the CD sleeve. I follow direction and obtain the copy after following all the instruction. I recently installed Windows 7 Ultimate to replace Windows 8 on my laptop. I used the CompTIA A+ CD again to download the digital copy. This time around I was again sent to the Adobe page and had to download the Adobe Digital Edition application but my copy of the book was not in my library. My question is how do I go about recovering that copy?

Yes, I tried to download the PDF. with the same code but it a one time use.
