How do I reset a count highlighted by E_ACT_TOO MANY ACTIVATIONS error message?

I have loaded ADE version 4.0 and now have the above message.  Adobe claim that this software is not yet being supported so my question is "how do I reset the count"

    Thank Raul, but customer care is anything but. have tried chatting with them for hours on end and I am sick of it.
