Question

how do I resolve "loan token not found" which I get with ADE 4.5 with books which were perfectly OK just before I downloaded this stupid programme

I downloaded ADE 4.5. I then tried to download a book from my local library. Not only does ADE insist on downloading itself and reinstalling each time a book is downloaded but it doesn't open or download the book itself. Now it has stuffed all the books I previously had on my Nook and my Nook reads: loan token not found" including for a book I was reading just this morning before the ADE disaster

Sorry, this was no help at all. Now I've simply de-authorised and nothing works.By the way, is this programme so crap that Adobe staff won't even come on and offer advice? I see this problem has been raised before and left unanswered
