How do I store the library on second drive?

I just rebuilt my computer with an SSD for the operating system. I'm keeping most write-heavy things like Dropbox on my regular hard drive. I am not concerned with speed for Adobe Digital Editions. Keeping the library on the SSD is a waste of resources and will reduce the life of my SSD. How can I change it? I saw several people with this problem from over 5 years ago. Has this been addressed yet?
