how do I take my reader off my sister's account and put it on my account?

My sister gave me her Sony PRS-T1 reader.  She had established her own adobe digital editions account with this reader.  Now when I attach it to my computer and open up my adobe digital editions it will not recognize the reader.  How do I take it off my sister's account and put it on my account?
