how do i talk to a person

Hi there,

depending on the license agreement of the ebook you purchased, some of the functions like copy or print are automatically disable or have restrictions.

Most ebooks now don't let you copy or print , as for the software itself on my own short personal experience it is not very good.

It keeps crashing,freezing not working smoothly.

Good question.  I've never gotten a response in the forums so I can tell you they don't work.  But I've never found contact information for someone at Adobe either.  You're on your own.
