How do I use ADE to move Nook book to Kobo

i switched from nook to a kobo. and i'm unable to move my barnes and noble nook books from my nook to ADE

I have all my epubs and can add them to my ADE library, however i am unable to get any of these books to open. I'm being asked for a username and unlock code,

Where do i get this username and unlock code so that i can start moving my books to another reader?
