    Its download not automatic. At moment seems only work for mobile devices to desktop version only for epub files. If you want the same eBook on diffent devices you must download it on all device or move the file over the filesystem after connect your phone on your device.

    I am having similar/same issue.  the recently downloaded or purchased books are showing up on laptop, but not on my phone.  authorized same ID on both.
