How do you authenticate CS3 Standard (for Windows) when it refuses to accept legit serial #?

Oddly, it will accept the serial # for Premium programs but not Standard programs like InDesign and Photoshop. I've installed it three times now w/ the same outcome. Any ideas? Thanks much. -RW
