how do you get side-by-side page layout in ADE?

I want to set the page layout display in Adobe Digital Editions to side-by-side pages so I see two pages at the same time next to each other. I know it used to be an option under the "change page view" tab, but I don't see it there anymore.

I am using a Mac and the latest edition of ADE 3.0. Thanks.
