How do you link adobe IDs

Hi this has been asked before but the Adobe chat sevice sugested I use the forum instead. the issue is how do you link adobe accounts when one is defunct because it was connected to a former mobile phone provider?

    Thanks but i had contacted adobe but they referred me to the forum. However

    i contacted the booksellers who sold me the books and they sorted it out.
