?How does one delete a book from ade on their iPad?

It seems impossible! I used ADE to proof read my manuscripts and to allow my editor to read them and highlight passages. Now we have so many copies it is ridiculous! On my PC you can go into Library and delete previous editions, but there is no similar screen on the iPad version. I have solved this issue by deleting the ADE app from my iPad and suggesting using iBooks! Unfortunately you don't have the same highlighting facility! Why do software people assume we all want to just use an e-reader just to read our penny dreadfuls?

Anyone have any thoughts to this?
