how long is the lagtime before my Adobe ID works....I did not authorize my pc and was reading and listening to books just fine but when I wanted to upload the books to my nook.....then all hell broke loose....this is not a user friendly system....Now I am trying to use adobe Id created almost 24 hours ago still not working ...I spoke to an indian guy at the suport center who had no idea .....REALLY? Getting frustrated

Is it working now?  It usually doesn't take too long, so maybe something else is wrong.

I absolutely agree the system is very user hostile; even for experienced computer people, let alone for the computer-naive book reader for whom it should be targetted.
