How to access ADE pdf which was downloaded on a broken computer?

Hi all,

I have purchased an ebook awhile ago and used my old PC to download and read it. I didn't authorize a particular account but the PC. I have the pdf file on the SSD of the old PC, but when I add it to the ADE library of the new PC, I get an error "Document is licensed for another user account".

Could you please advise how to access the book?
