How to authorize ADE?

Reading other discussions, I believe I encountered a common error today.

I downloaded for the first time ADE and I can do nothing. Impossibile to autorize the software (the authorization window simply doesn't appear) neither on the pc or on the mobile.

Is an issue that Adobe is going to fix?
