How to authorize two separate Kobo accounts and devices on the same computer?

I have a Kobo reader and I just bought a 2nd one for my wife. Can't for the life of me figure out how to activate her separate account on our computer...???

The "Help/Authorize computer" link is greyed out in my ADE page...
