how to change e-mail address on digital editions account

Hi

we have 2 accounts

Account #1: [E-mail removed by moderator.]

there is one pdf document associated with this account = Trip Generation, 10th Edition:  Land Use Package

which was ordered from the Institute of Transportation Engineers

see attached

Account #2:  [E-mail removed by moderator.]

we would like to close the [E-mail removed by moderator.] account,

and have the pdf document become accessible via the other account, the [E-mail removed by moderaotr.]
