Question

how to deauthorize a computer that is completely broken?

hi, I had originally authorized my old laptop to work with Adobe Digital Editions. A few months later said laptop died. Fortunately I was recently able to get a new laptop (for school work and the like) but when I tried to sign in to my account I was unable because it was authorized under a different computer.

aka my old laptop, which can't even turn on.

so what do I do? will I have to remake my account entirely and start from scratch (losing all of my library books in the process)?

thank you for any help, it's definitely appreciated!
