How to fix the E_ACT_NOT_READY (License Server Communication Problem) when I download e-books from the Ontario Library System to Adobe Digital Editions 4.5?

Mac OS

1. Open Adobe Digital Wditions.
2. Press Command+Shift+D to deauthorize Adobe Digital Editions.
3. Select Erase Authorization.
4. Click OK and authorize again.

Windows

1. Open Adobe Digital Editions.
2. Press Control+Shift+D to deauthorize Adobe Digital Editions.
3. Select Erase Authorization.
4. Click OK and quit Adobe Digital Editions.
