How to integrate a new device type on Adobe Digital Editions?

I'm developing a new device type to read ebooks. We have developed a mobile app to read ebooks in our device, and we need to have access to Adobe Digital Editions. Our target is to enable our users to login to different book stores, and enable them to download their purchased ebooks and read them in our new device.
