How to merge signed pdf forms

Kia ora!

I was asked to merge a digitally signed pdf form and the signed word document.

I google searched and it seems it is impossible to edit anything on the signed pdf file and to keep the digital signatures.

Does anyone know how? Or is it possible at all?
