how to reset activation count

How do I reset my activation count so I can use me ADE to download books to my Kobo again?  I keep getting an error message saying I've exceeded my activation count & I only have it authorized on my PC.

    I have the same Problem - How do I reset my activation count so I can use me ADE to download books again?

    I keep getting an error message saying I've too many activations - I only have authorized one EReader.

    I also have a problem with activations - looks like I've hit the limit.  I have a new ebook reader I'd like to use.  Please hellp
