How to resolve this error message - E_ADEPT_NO_FULFILLMENT_RESULT

Unable to download and open the acsm file. No matter how many times we try, keep getting this error message - "Error getting license. License Server Communication Problem: E_ADEPT_NO_FULFILLMENT_RESULT.

Can someone from Adobe please provide guidance on how to resolve this error. It is affecting our pool of students who are using this application to open their ebook.
