How to solve: E_AUTH_BAD_DEVICE_KEY_OR_PKCS12

I want to download an e-book from the online-library and therefor I use Adobe Digital Editons.

I get the message "fout bij ophalen licentie/ Communicatieprobleem met licentieserver: E_AUTH_BAD_DEVICE_KEY_OR_PKCS12"

How can I solve this problem?

I tried to remove my authorisation, but this was not possible.

I have an Adobe-ID for paid apps Adobe Creative Cloud. Is the Adobe-ID for Adobe Digital Edions the same?

How to solve this problem?

I want to have contact with someone from Adobe. Do you have an e-mailadress?
