How to stop ADE 4.5 from reverting changes I made to the epub?

Hello,

does anyone know how can I prevent ADE from reverting back the hightlighting I occasionally make to my epubs?

I can accept not to print a book but it is difficult for me to think that I cannot make highlighting permanent.
